 Healthy Oat Chocolate Cake 

Smooth, creamy and with the taste and texture of real chocolate cake, this healthy chocolate cake oatmeal will be your new favorite snack or breakfast choice!

My body is always craving for  sweet foods , soon I realised that I could make a delish, healthy oat chocolate version. 

The beauty of oats or oatmeal is that it’s durable and able to be enjoyed both hot OR cold.


  • 4 tbsp of oats or almond flour @sukrinuk
  • 4 tbsp milk or yogurt
  • 3 tbsp of sweetener or @sukrinuk sugar
  • 3 tbsp light , diet chocolate powder or chocolate whey 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  •  Beat everything and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 min

On the top:

  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • sweetener 
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa Mix for 3 minutes and then put in a sauce pan to heat until thicken.


You can buy the redy made toffee (dulce de leche) or you can  cook a can of condensed milk for 40 min.

    1 box of Yellow Cake Mix
    2 sticks of butter or margarine (replaces oil)
    Milk (replaces water)
    3 eggs

    Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your baking pan with pan spray and set aside. Pour the milk into a measuring cup in the exact amount. Melt the two sticks of butter or margarine over low heat or in the microwave and pour into your mixing bowl.
