Low Carb Sandwich 

It is a low carb, healthy, delish sandwich created by me.

Ingredients:


  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • A pinch of pink salt
  • Black pepper. 


Mix all together. Place in egg moulds rounded shapes, get to the oven and bake it for 15 min.


Filling:


Mashed avocado, tomato, cottage cheese, mozzarella lettuce.


So nice so good.
