PARMEGIANA (BAKED STEAK WITH TOMATO SAUCE)


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 breadcrumbs (to coat)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 salt (to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  •  beef (steaks)
  • 1 oil (for pan frying)
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices mozzarella or RUPP cheese
  • 1 packet tomato puree
  • White sauce

METHOD

.
  • Season the steaks with garlic, salt and black ground pepper to taste.
  • Deep the steaks in the egg and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
  •  
  • Pan-fry the steaks in hot oil until golden brown. 
  •  
  • Put the steaks on a ovenproof baking dish. 
  •  
  • Put a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarella over each steak.
  •  
  •  
  • Pour the tomato pure over the beefsteaks.
  •  
  • Pour the white sauce over 
  •  
  • Bake the beefsteaks in heated oven (350 F) for 20-30 minutes and serve.
