Healthier Bread Pudding
For who that LOVES bread pudding, it's the time to Enjoy this healthier version - which features whole wheat bread, detoxing tea Exzo , reduced sugar
sukrin , and banana, apple or pear - for breakfast or dessert! Optional: Dust lightly with confectioners sugar before serving. Yum!"
Ingredients
(Makes 2 cupcakes)
1. 1 slice of brown bread
2. 1 cup of milk or detox tea
exzo
3. 1 Egg + milk
4. 1 tbsp of stevia or
sukrin
5. 1 tsp cinnamon
6. 1 mashed banana or apple or pear
7. Nuts
8. 85% cacao
Preparation
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
* Break bread into small pieces into an silicone cupcake.

*Combine eggs, milk or the tea , sugar, cinnamon, and the fruit in a mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up egg mixture add the nuts, banana and the chocolate in pieces.


* Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into the middle of pudding comes out mostly clean, about 30 minutes.

Enjoy with custard or vanilla ice cream
