This is the best banana protein pancakes made in a blender with no refined grains, no refined sugar, and loads of healthy proteins. I really like it.

It is Light & Fluffy and easy make for an healthy breakfast with simple ingredients that taste amazing and fill you up! Egg whites, USN whey and ripe bananas make up these low-fat and low-carb pancakes, for a complete and wholesome meal.

Ingredients

Batter
-1 egg and 2 egg white or 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of
USN whey protein
Filling and top
- Berries
organic Buko coconut jamsukrin icing sugar
Method
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Run everything from the batter through the blender on medium low speed until very well mixed.
2. Heat a nonstick egg pan to medium high heat, grease with coconut oil . Add batter in small circles if you prefer thinner. When the edges start to look dry (2-3 minutes), flip and cook another minute or two on the other side.
3. Top with anything you like! I like coconut jam or peanut butter, berries dusting with ice sugar sukrin
