Protein mousse

I  like to follow a healthy eating plan. 

You know those moments when you’re craving dessert  .. but you don’t want to go over-board and indulge in a massive chocolate cake...well here is the solution. I have been creating my own recipe. 
Protein Mousse made with just 4 ingredients! The flavour is up to you, you can choose between vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, strawberry and any other.

This is the nice recipe to not be attempted to eat sugary food, as we already know, sugar is not good for you . 

The positive  point is, We don't need to sacrifice our diet anymore; the diet can be better that you think to. We just need to make up the food making than a nice tasty as possible .

Protein Mousse 

Ingredients
1. 150 ml of water
2. Enough ice
3. 1 tsp xanthan  gum
4. 1 scoop of          
100% premium USN protein ( flavour of your choice)

 



Method 

You just need to blend all together . I use the 
nutribullet to blend.
