Breakfast with BRIOCHE PASQUIER

#shareamoment

It's the busiest time for our family. There are gymnastics to go, house to accomplish, shops to do, Christmas concert , Christmas gift to think , Christmas to organise and my youngest Daugther birthday party to plan  — all sorts of things are going on and entertaining time can be sparse. Instead of emphasis on  lunch , why not try getting things done early and turn the breakfast to an amazing brunch instead?

As we are having a stunning British weather in November, and we already know that Brunch is a fashionable thing to do , the kids love it, keeping us longer without feeling hungry  and at the brunch time the  sun is already high in the sky, instead of having a simple breakfast indoor, we decided  for a morning cup of joy and a amazing French style breakfast with a variate PASQUIER brioches.

It's an amazing November feeling. The leaves fall in the garden giving us the Autumn athmosphere, the girls playing outside, running in the garden, enjoying the beautiful Autumn weather and eating a delicious brioches were all that we were expecting for a Sunday breakfast.

About Brioche PASQUIER

With a French background, my passion for brioche couldn't be different. I can nominate myself and my family as a brioche lover.

Every time that I go to shop I make sure that I am bringing home the high quality products that I can buy.

I like to read the story of how food was launched and how the food is produced, it wasn't different with the brioche PASQUIER.

The brioche PASQUIER was one of the most amazing food story that I have heard. It's fascinating

The bakery started in 1936 by Gabriel Pasquier in a small village bakery in Les Cerqueux, France. In 1974, his sons began building the family business into Brioche Pasquier, which now employs over 3,000 people worldwide.

Today they raise their dough using their own traditional 'levain'. Levain is a natural raising agent that adds to the flavour and the consistency of our dough, they still using to follow the same baking methods that Gabriel used to deliver their  unique taste.

It's so important to know that the recipes are free from artificial colours, flavours and hydrogenated fats. And we all are eating a good quality food.

For our brunch We have chosen four different brioches from the PASQUIER range

Pain au Lait

“Pain au lait” literally translates to “milk bread”, but such a humble name hardly describes the elegant things.  As might be expected, the only liquid used in the dough is milk.  Butter too is added, in a moderate amount that tends toward generosity but stops well short of extravagance.  The resultant texture is not nearly as rich as one would think; in fact, I’d say the word “rich” would be inappropriate here.

They have a perfect shape and you can enjoy with a different filling.  I always have the pain au lait with Nutella , jam, butter or with ham and cheese.

Croissants

A Delicious ham and cheese or a sausage and egg on a buttery croissant makes for a tasty start to our  day......
The brioche PASQUIER turn a butter-based dough into a pastry that's simultaneously soft and flaky, shatter-crisp and mouth-meltingly tender, with such a pure butter flavor. The  quality of their ingredients make the most amazing difference between anyone else.

Pain au Chocolat

Pain au chocolat, Pain de chocolat chocolate bread is a perfect treat with a cappuccino or a cup of tea.
At home we place in the oven, and in each bite we can taste  the flaky mixed up with the warm chocolate. They are mouth watering .

Sliced Brioche Loaf

I really liked the idea to slice the brioche loaf for our convenience. In my home it's essential to have the sliced brioche loaf  . It's delightful at any time of day and versatile as a snack, pack lunch, breakfast or main meal .

You can make it as egg on toast, beans on toast, you can make a delightful sausage sandwich, cheese and ham sandwich or even have with a butter, jam or Nutella.

Everyone from house loves it.

Conclusion

The fantastic, buttery, ever-so-slightly sweet French delight, brioche, has been given a new twist by Brioche Pasquier – one of the leading bakers of the treat in the UK.

It's a delightful and a  versatile bread. I use the brioche PASQUIER bread at any meal that we would like. They are on our table for breakfast, lunch , snacks , dinner and even for dessert as a Brioche bread and butter pudding . It is amazing.

Thank you brioche PASQUIER for your amazing high quality product.
