Ingredients
1 cup of chickpeas flour or rice flour or oat
2 large egg
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil, plus a little extra for frying
Method
- Put the flour, eggs, milk, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter.
- Set a medium frying pan or crêpe pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some coconut on the kitchen paper. When hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them warm in a low oven as you go.Mince meat filling
Ingredients
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
900g/2Ib good minced beef
pinch each oregano and cayenne pepper
squirt of tomato purée
Beef stockPink salt
- Method
- Heat oil in a large frying pan, add onion and cook for 5 mins. add garlic , meanwhile pouring the boiling water in the mince to take the fat out then cook through . Stir in oregano, cayenne, tomato purée and a little stock and bring to the boil. Add remaining stock, then simmer for 15-20 mins. Taste and season, and stir through parsley.
