No-bake healthy Cheesecake


Simple and delish NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE

Creamy, healthy and delicious 
no-bake cheesecake 
served in individual glasses 
making them to look lush  
and unique.

This no-bake cheesecake in a glass is  easy to make and there is no need to place in the oven. 

To make the cheesecake filling I combined quark with mascarpone cheese, but you can replace for vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt, whipped cream, ricotta , cream cheese or for natural Greek  yogurt add 1 tablespoon of stevia or honey.

For the base I used gluten free digestive biscuits but you can use any sort of crumbly biscuits. 

I have used strawberries, but you can also use any berries, lemon curd, jam....use your imagination! Be creative!

This no-bake cheesecake in a glass is a perfect dessert , simple to make , looks great in a glass and you will definitely impress your guests!


  • For the crust:
  • 125 grams Digestive biscuits 
  • For the filling:
  • 1 pot quark cheese 
  • 1 pot mascarpone cheese 
  • 25 grams (2 1/2 tablespoons) stevia , sugar  or honey
  • fresh strawberries 

  • Make the crust using the plastic bag and a rolling.

  • Make the filling: In a bowl, combine the quark with mascarpone cheese and sugar or stevia and whisk well until combined and completely smooth (if grainy, beat with an electric mixer until smooth). Add in vanilla and lemon zest if you desire . Set aside to let sugar dissolve into the cream cheese. 

  • Make layers and top with strawberries.
  • Cover and place in the fridge. Eat in 2 days
