Zendium, The New Revolution Toothpaste

The New Revolution Toothpaste

This post is sponsored by Zendium; all thoughts are my own.

Brushing your teeth with the toothpaste is important for several reasons. Firstly, and foremost, a toothpaste and a correct brushing action work to remove plaque, a sticky, harmful film of bacteria that grows on your teeth that causes cavities, gum disease and eventual tooth loss if not controlled. Secondly, toothpaste contains fluoride, which makes the entire tooth structure more resistant to decay and promotes remineralization, which helps in repairing early decay before the damage can even be seen. Next, special ingredients in toothpaste helps clean and polish the teeth and remove stains over time. Lastly, toothpaste helps freshen breath and leave your mouth with a clean feeling.

Therefore, toothpaste is an essential item to buy when you go shopping. You can see whole rows and columns of different toothpaste and sometimes we talk to ourselves:

“What’s the difference between all those different kinds of toothpaste?
Are they basically the same?”

The answer is, NO, they are not the same. There are different types of toothpaste, each containing ingredients that add benefits to the typical toothpaste formula. One specific brand called Zendium caught my attention.

This Scandinavia toothpaste works differently to other toothpastes. Zendium doesn’t contain antibacterial agents to control plaque, instead it contains enzymes and proteins that our mouth needs to fight bacteria. They protect our mouth by boosting its natural defences.

Uhhhhh!!!! It sounds interesting, isn’t it?

Fortunately, I had a great opportunity to go to their workshop at Another Space in London.

I can admit that I have been impressed with Zendium properties mainly because teeth are a priority in my family life.

I am a sister to a dentist, a daughter to a dentist and a sister in law to a dentist. My first choice for University was also dentistry however for some reasons I took another option. I can admit that I have regretted for years till I found the right professional direction.

However, my family background is dentistry. Now you can imagine as we take teeth seriously in my family. It goes beyond regular check-ups and brushing our teeth, it also includes the types of foods we eat and those we avoid. We always emphasis the toothpaste and I and my family is always aware of the new products in the market.

Even not being a dentist, the dental hygiene always becomes a topic of conversation with my parents, friends and family. We are aware that if we don’t take care of our teeth it can become seriously bad for our health. Our daily rituals with our teeth should be like getting dressed.

Keeping our teeth healthy is more than just making sure our smile looks beautiful and our teeth looks white :). It also includes brushing and flossing at least twice a day and toothpaste is essential on this process.

Our oral health is integral to our overall health and well-being. Our dental health is our health.

Good oral health is essential to maintaining a healthy mind and body. We have to be aware that before having a beautiful toned body, you have to have an oral health, one is connected to another.

Maintaining our oral health is a lifetime commitment and learning the importance of taking care of our mouth health should begin when we are children. I believe positive dental
experiences and fun oral health education will enable children to preserve a bright, clean, healthy smile into adulthood.

At Zendium workshop I noticed that they prioritise the importance to have a good oral health.

Their range of toothpaste are various from kids to adults. I brought some home for my children have a trying.

They absolutely loved Zendium Kids. The toothpaste has a mild flavour, and contains natural enzymes already present in the kids mouth. So, every time they brush, it boosts their mouth’s natural defences, giving them extra power to fight causes of dental problems. As mum I am very happy with the brand.

I also had the enormous opportunity to bring home their entire Zendium range home:

* Zendium Complete Protection.
* Zendium Sensitive.
* Zendium Fresh.
* Zendium Kids, for kids from 0-6 years.
* Zendium Juniors, for kids 7 years and older.

Zendium brought to market an entirely new way to protect teeth & gums. It is the first toothpaste that worked harmoniously with the body. Unlike most toothpastes, Zedium is SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) free.

It is made with mild ingredients: a very soft foaming agent and subtle flavours. These ingredients won’t irritate our gums or the delicate tissues of the mouth.

Zendium is mild working harmonious with the mouth
 and it is powerful boosting its natural defence.

As soon as I get home from the workshop I gathered with my family to share the new product that is already available in UK.

My father said that he never heard anything like this before and he was impressed with the product.

My sister Patricia, who went recently to a 65th Congress of the European Organisation for caries researcher in Denmark approval the toothpaste and has done her order on Amazon to use on their patients.

I am glad to know that from now on Zendium present at their dental care and their patients will be able to try this new revolution.

Zendium Workshop

I have been so happy to be invited by Unilever to take part in Zendium toothpaste workshop in
London.

My day started very early. At 5:55 am I caught my train to London. The workshop took place at Another Space in Covent Garden.

It starts at 9:45, with a Zendium introduction followed by a breathing and Yoga,

that allowed us to connect ourselves with our body with powerful movements, working our strength and flexibility in equal measure.

Then we had a delicious super food smoothie breakfast

and a presence of Dr Surina who was the guest speaker. She talked about the oral health, decay, fluoride... it was a proactive time.

Finishing the workshop, I was very curious to try the new revolution toothpaste Zedium. I couldn’t wait to get home to try the toothpaste. I have tried the toothpaste straight after the event.

I can describe the taste as refreshing and mild.

Zendium is a well-known toothpaste that promotes such a balanced oral microbiome as the first of its kind.

According to the study, which was published in the Scientific Reports journal the enzyme and protein containing toothpaste significantly increased health associated bacteria and reduced disease associated bacteria in the oral plaque microbiome in subjects brushing with Zendium over a period of 14 weeks. As a result, a microbial community with a stronger association with health was formed, compared with baseline.

For this reason, brushing teeth using the correct toothpaste is actually a great investment in yourself, not only for your oral health, but also for your confidence level. When your teeth are healthy, you feel better about yourself helping to build up your confidence.

Having healthy teeth increases the quality of life and help you find a sparkling smile.

You can notice that people with radiant smile sends a huge positive message to those around them. They perceive you as more sociable, trustworthy and intelligent, compared to when you aren't smiling.

I have no doubt that oral healthy is directly connected with a healthy diet. Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good teeth, and can help you feel your best.

Consequently, the oral heath plays an important role in your lifestyle. A person’s mouth is one of the first things you see when meeting someone new. The appearance of your teeth definitely can affect confidence for some people either on the surface, or deep down within.

Being afraid to smile is no way to live, you should not care what others think of you. However, the oral healthy is essential to keep your confidence up.

To end, I would like to thank Unilever team to have introduced this wonderful product in my life and for the amazing time in London with their team.
